Hi Everybody,
Finally I was able to install machine kit on my raspberry pi 3 model B with
preempt kernel and using Pi gpio's to control my machine using wiringPi
library ( I know I should use native gpio library but I was a little bit
lazy ) the cncgpio.write thread was around 4000 ns.
the main two issues I had the latency which was around 50000 ns but I
couldn't figure out how to lower it I think my kernel patch or kernel it
self, was old (4.4.9) I've seen (4.4.84!!!) but I couldn't use it, the
other factor I think I need a other power supply I need a higher voltage
than 12VDC ( I'm using pc power supply) you can notice it in the video
after a long run the motor skips some pulses.
the idea from this project I didn't like using the Pi and other MCU,
although I've learned a lot for existing projects like kinsamanka (GP
Orcullo), but I have the hardware laying around from un used 3d printer.
